The calendar says it is autumn but the Cosmos say otherwise!

Sunflowers are finished.
I harvested their seeds for next year.
Left a few for our resident squirrel. 🐿️

We had two special guests this week both needing some extra special TLC . . .
. . . grandson and grand dog!

Our grandson sprained his ankle playing soccer.
He has to wear a boot for about two weeks.
Our grand dog has a hot spot on his face.
Hot spots are inflamed red skin lesions that itch and ooze. Hot spots are treated with antibiotics and/or anti-fungals.
And, because this hot spot is on his face, grand dog needs to wear a cone until it heals.
Grandson and grand dog received extra treats this week as well as extra TLC. ❤️ 🐾

May your weekend replenish your soul!
Prayers for speedy recoveries for your grandson and granddog 🙏🏻 And I am sure your squirrel thanks you for the seeds 😁 🐿️ And “May your weekend replenish your soul” as well! 🤍 beautifully said!

I know what you mean about the lingering summer. In Michigan it looks like fall forgot to show up. 🤷♀️ Enjoy the cosmos, and give your grandson and grandson some extra love. 💕

Thank you Ann. Loving the lingering summer ❤️ It has been so dry. Anticipating not much fall color here in Ohio. The flowers, however, are making up for that!
