It has been a bit hot on my back porch this month.
I have been firing loads of greenware (air dried unfired clay) in the kiln for a bisque firing.
The bisque firing prepares the air dried clay (greenware) for glazing.
Days are growing shorter.
Kids are back in school.
It is the end of August and I have a lot more to do before it turns cold on my back porch.
No pumpkin spice for me!

It’s still summer!

I saw the pumpkin stuff at Starbucks and had a slice of loaf with my latte but really, I’m not ready either. I love summer!
