Waiting Is The Hardest Part

In my seventeen years of selling my pottery on line, difficulties with USPS have been extremely rare.

I hand over each parcel to our friendly neighborhood USPS with care and track each piece to it’s new home! (Really, they are so helpful and friendly! They are the best!)

This month, however, several parcels are seemingly “stuck” in the USPS system:

• “In Transit to Next Facility, Arriving Late”
• “Moving Through Network.”
• “Your package will arrive later than expected but is still on its way. It is currently in transit to the next facility.”
• And I have a parcel making it’s third round-about-trip to the same distribution center in my state when it’s destination is three states over.

Such a helpless feeling . . . kind of like when the toilet is overflowing!

Nothing left for me to do except to wring my hands, continue to check tracking numbers, and eat chocolate!

I’m trying not to be anxious knowing each parcel will be sorted out, eventually, and make it to it’s destination.

At least USPS is running.

Canada Post is on strike.
